Good
Liked: The location was very good. The employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is sufficient.
Disliked: The beds are not very comfortable. It's uncomfortable because the duvet is too small inside the duvet cover. Room cleanliness could have been better.

Would recommend this hotel and...
Liked: Small compact room with lovely large windows and nice view down the main street. Lovely clean modern bathroom. Reception staff very helpful.
Disliked: Mattress was uncomfortable. Definitely needs replacing.

Liked: excellent location, clean room, staff was very kind, they allowed me to stay a bit more than check out
Disliked: room was rather small and cold (they set at 19 degrees for saving reasons that I share but i felt it)

Liked: the staff was very nice and even gave our dog a gift! the room was very comfortable and the hotel overall is in a great location, so easy to get wherever you need in the city!

A little gem in Bordeaux
Liked: Decor in bedroom was very nice and the room was very clean. Lovely view over pedestrian streets, but some rooms are overlooking noisy traffic areas. Perhaps you can make a special request. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to tram line for the airport and very near restaurants, places of interest and shopping. Courtesy coffee and treats in thr foyer every day.
