Liked: The room was exactly like the picture. The spa tub was nice for the price.

Liked: Very big rooms
Disliked: No furniture. Very uncomfortable for a long stay. Huge room and no dresser, not a drawer, no place to put your clothes. No desk and chair. You have to crawl on the floor living out of suitcases. The big terrace had only a tiny table you couldn't eat at. It's like they want you to be uncomfortable and not stay long. We originally booked a Jacuzzi room but changed because they have no windows and were depressing.

It was a terrible experience...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The staff were rude, starting with the night receptionist. He refused to give us ice stating that the kithen was closed. However, we went to see for ourselves and found that the facilities were open but the "chef" charged us $2.00 for a snall pail of ice.The room (#103) was in disrepair and smelled moldy.The air conditioner did not work.The TV was falling off the wall.The spa bath jet switch was faultyAt checkout, we were charged $5.00 for a "stained" sheet. We had already reported to reception that the sheets appeared to be discolored but were told that they were clean.
