Liked: Love the spacious rooms that overlook the little rooftop pond with the ducks. Exceptional staff both at the reception and during breafast.
Disliked: The showers are horrible and take a lot of time to get warm. Internet signal could get weak sometimes.

Great pool and lounge, but...

Liked: The outdoor pool in the morning was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The lounge space and outdoor gardens were very nice.
Disliked: The restaurant was terrible, on all counts. Awful food, awful service and seriously overpriced. They take advantage of the fact that it's the only in-hotel dining offered, but this resto would never make it somewhere else in Montreal. I found a dirty kleenex in my "clean" bathrobe and the concierge staff was dismissive when I went to ask for a fresh one. Pool was not very accessible during the evening/night because of very boisterous clientele and annoying music. The nighttime "lifeguard" was barely present and gave us incorrect information regarding the depth of the pool. It was like he had never been in it or even looked at it.
