Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. There is a blind for the window but really does nothing so it’s very bright as soon as the sun comes up.
Disliked: Dinner restaurant staff is awful. Not interested in greeting you or taking your order. They were throwing menus back on the bar after people ordered. Throwing clean cutlery in a drawer. Did not seem to want to be there so made for an unenjoyable experience. Although it was entertaining.

Liked: The close proximity to the underground city, including shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: The two nights we were there we were awoken with kids running up and down the hallways, yelling and screaming through all hours of the night. The outside pool was so crowded. We were never able to enjoy it.

Liked: The hotel is nice but old. Having the pool outdoors is great. Apart from having to pay extra for everything, it’s a decent place to stay...
Disliked: I made the payment online. On the day of my checkout, I checked my account and noticed that I was charged a second time, and for more than the correct amount. We raised an objection, and they said they would refund the payment, but I am still waiting for both the overcharged amount and the deposit.
