Good

Liked: in the very historical center, everything is very close. Breakfast: croissant, yogurt, coffee and muesli, hot sandwiches. Clean, quiet. Amazing roof top Florence view .
Disliked: The air freshener in the room is too overpowering.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: - The breakfast was very disappointing. Very low quality breads, ham and cheese, juice. I only ate some yogurt. If breakfast is important to you as to make your choice, choose something else.- The shower was practically non existent and malfunctioning. The temperature switch was slowly turning towards hot and I had to readjust it to avoid very hot water.- No cleaning or change of towels/sheets or new shower gels (which were also disappointing) even though we stayed 3 nights.- A little noisy. We could hear the conversations of other guests, even though they were talking normally.- I want to note that during our stay there was occasionaly heavy rain, which caused the sink to make some loud noise (it stopped when you let water flow but you cant just leave it like this!).- I didnt like the key system - you have to leave your door key to the reception upstairs if you want to go out.

Liked: Friendly staff, nice location , a little bit small bathroom, but everything was very clean

First visit to Florence

Liked: The continental breakfast was very good, a nice selection, and was very fresh and tasty. The property has an elevator, which is great because the reception is on the 4th floor, which means initially you would need to lug your bags up four flights of stairs if no elevator. Location is great, walking distance to everything. The only downer is the small shower, which is over the toilet, so everything gets wet. Remember to remove the toilet paper first.

for the value it was...

Liked: The room was clean and I had a good view. Great location.
Disliked: The light in the bathroom didn't work, water pressure was off, and I woke up to a cleaning worker walking into my room hours before check out time.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Location is close to all the interesting points. Room is not big but very clean. A little noise from other rooms but it is ok given that the price is low
