Liked: Very laid back staff. I loved that I didn’t feel like they were staring us down when we walked through the lobby.
Disliked: Parking I did not like that or that it was a charge! That should be stated

Liked: Pool was closed, breakfast was not served, bathrooms were dirty and ceilings were moldy. I think I got sick of this stay I need a refund for wrong information and health hazards

Liked: Didn't get the opportunity to staff.
Disliked: Once arrived to location. No signage of hotel name and the construction tape and dumpster made the hotel looked non operational, so I booked another hotel. You guys failed to refund my money. Never using booking.com. Called the location after mishap, no one answered.

Great location, but poor service...

Liked: Did not get new towels no house keeping, hard to find, under construction in front, could not pull in to check in. At take in receptionist was rude and cut me and my boyfriend off of paying extra for a pet that was not on their website to help a black couple. I felt like we were ignored and rudely interrupted when I was trying to pay and drove two hours and needed to go to the restroom. I hate to bring the race card, but she stopped helping me and talking to me when a black couple came along and started helping them while in middle of a transaction with me. Very rude. The lady at check out was extremely nice. I asked for a ocean view, got a partial view. I think it was too much for what it was and no service and no breakfast.

Disliked: Dirty. Rude staff. Pool is completely disgusting and can’t use it. Elevator works poorly. Skips floors. Shower knobs fall off. Furniture is stained and disgusting. No place to unload car due to the front of building blocked off with construction materials. Staff lets people into your room without informing you or even knowing if they are with you. Staff (cleaning lady) opened my room door and let people in my room while my husband and I was in bed. Check in was rude and ignorant because I paid for my parking at the garage instead of through the hotel. Can barely get to parking garage because of the crowd of people in front of the garage or waiting to get into the bar across the street.
