Exceeded expectations, great staff and...

Liked: Really lovely staff and gave us an upgrade to a room with a balcony, good sized comfortable room and really well equipped (microwave, coffee machine). Had arrived off the plane from the UK so having the fantastic swimming pool & Sauna open at 6.00 am was great for us with our jet lag to wind down and reset. Thank you for a great stay

Liked: I love the location of the property. It’s got a great pool and a hot tub and sauna area and the rooms are very functional.
Disliked: There wasn’t enough staff there was no one to valet the cars or the concierge to bring up the bags. I don’t know if that’s all the time or just that one day.

Disliked: Old, homeless doing drugs right outside the hotel, staff shutdown not great either finding solutions to issues
