Decent small hotel with a...

Liked: I liked having a little balcony. And breakfast included. Room rate is good for Roma Norte.
Disliked: It’s a little dated, with cheapish furnishings —but it doesn’t claim to be a luxury hotel.

Nice hotel at a decent...

Liked: Nice area to stay in. Just a quick Uber ride to many attractions. Breakfast attendant was great! The rooftop balcony has some great views of the city
Disliked: Front desk staff were not friendly whatsoever. They didn't even pretend to be friendly.

Budget friendly & location vs....

Liked: The location is great! It was a 5 to 6 dollar DiDi ride from everything.
Disliked: Remember, DF is LOUD. I unfortunately had a street facing room. It was constant traffic noise. I noticed on the phone that you could call for earplugs. You should. The rooms are rather small, which I expected, and as a solo traveler, I was fine with that. The toilet was located between the sink and the glass shower doors. It was a tight squeeze. There were some very dirty things in my room. There was mildew between the tiles in the shower, and another locations in the bathroom. There were wires sticking from above the vanity. When I opened the curtain, there were multiple dead insects on the sill. The two chairs in my room were thoroughly worn and stained. Had I been staying more than two nights I would’ve left. My time in DF and the people I met were beautiful. My hotel was forgettable.

Liked: The front desk girl at the afternoon must go she gives no information and very rude, the lady in the breakfast is very nice but slow maybe an helper for her would boost the experience. The only staff member that is an 10 out of 10 is the gentleman in front desk in the mornings.
