Liked: We enjoyed the location of the hotel as well as the room and facilities.
Disliked: The room had a kitchen in it but no dishes, pots, pans, or silverware. Luckily we didn't need any of that but some people may be expecting it.

Disliked: The hotel is NOT 4 star - it is barely a 3 star (as indicated on Google). Dirty blankets, previously used and creased pillows, unbelievably rude staff (especially the lady at the reception - worse one I’ve ever seen), broken door handles, dirty patio chairs, no soundproof, extremely slow WiFi - a total disappointment - and waaaay overpriced - we paid 500€ for 4 nights stay in the economy room without kitchenette and of course no refund provided by the hotel!

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: Bed was comfy, ac worked perfectly and shower had hot water- all I need. The area was pretty safe and very close to amazing restaurants. It’s also a couple of blocks from Fuente Las Cibeles where we were able to hop on the city tour bus.
Disliked: The only negative is that on our first night there was an Asian man speaking loudly from his room which didn’t allow my fiancé to have a good sleep. Also, airport shuttle service appeared as part of amenities but it’s at an extra cost.
