Stayed in Bruges many times...

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Water hot.
Disliked: No working heating. Single beds pushed together uncomfortable. No staff to meet on arrival or when leaving. Toilet was dirty as was the toilet brush. One light working out of four in bathroom. Plug was missing in basin.

A Perfectly Fine, Trouble-Free Stay

Liked: Although my room was at the front looking over the main square, it was pretty quiet and I had no trouble sleeping. The room was fairly standard and clean. It was a very convienant location for exploring the city.
Disliked: It would have been better if someone was on reception when I checked in. It wasn't a particular problem, but set hours would be preferable in case there were any issues.

Liked: Only good thing about this hotel is the central location next to a huge public parking.
Disliked: This was the worst hotel we ever stayed. Decided to check out and book another one after the first night. At check out, the staff didn’t even ask the reason and didn’t offer any refund. Floor and walls were visibly dirty, poorly made uncomfortable bed, dirty decor pillows and blanket on the bed with chemical spots on them. No bath mat provided, two different color and size towels which were old and smelling stale. The socket cover was missing from the wall exposing the contacts. After seeing the kitchen upon arrival, we decided not to have breakfast there the following morning.

Recommendable for a short/ overnight...

Disliked: Was quite loud at night
