Passable

Liked: Bed was big and comfortable, chech-in was quick
Disliked: When we arrived internet/wifi was out of order, we couldnt pay by card we had no wifi in the room. The room equipment such as carpet, curtains, wardrobe were dirty

Dirty stained mattress

Disliked: The mattress was disgusting under the bedding there was multiple stains on the corners indicating bed bugs.

Exceptional

Liked: We arrived 1:30 am, way past the check in time of 3:00pm. The hotel was kind enough to take us in.
Disliked: We paid for 2 rooms, which wasn't needed because we had a 2-year-old that made us 5 guests. And the hotel Policy accommodates a maximum of 4 guests per room.

Expensive but necessary

Liked: Very friendly staff and they had a room
Disliked: Cleanliness of curtains, bedspread and shower curtain below par.Very expensive for the facilities.$40 taxi from JFKTold not to walk out after 7pm
