Historic hotel with glamorous touches!

Liked: The hotel is historic and has an Old Hollywood Glamour feel to it. It’s beautiful. I enjoyed the added security in the elevator. Front desk staff was exceptional. Check- in was smooth and staff arranged to bring champagne and glasses up to the room at a later time. It added to the experience!
Disliked: The only complaint was that we had to pay for access to parking.

Beautiful property yet disappointed pool...

Liked: Pretty, comfortable, friendly staff.
Disliked: The pool was closed for renovations and so was the bowling alley! This was a HUGE disappointment as we had booked this hotel for these special features. The kids were very disappointed and we wish we were told ahead of time.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and very well renovated. Our room was great and the meals we had in the restaurant were also very good. The location near the Adler was also very convenient..
