Liked: Rooms are very clean and staff are very friendly and efficient and satisfied our every need.The pub downstairs had great food, beer selections and cozy atmosphere.

Liked: Friendly staff.Convenient location in the city center of Lund.
Disliked: Strange climate inside the room, with no possibility of regulation, probably caused me to get a cold.Two-size bed with annoying one-size blankets.Breakfast finishes too early (9 am).

Liked: Everything! Stay was very comfortable, clean an a spacious room. And very quiet. Good food and beer! Very friendly staff. And a good breakfast. Would definitely go again. And the car park across the street.

Disliked: Not easy to get access to the hotel.

Liked: The room was quite nice. Bed comfortable. Easy access to room with working key-card. Close to train station.
Disliked: It's a bit odd that the hotel only opens when the bar opens. How can tired travellers eager to be checking in compete with bar attenders for assistance? Surely a front desk can be operational, not just a bar. Unfortunately there was no water in my room - for lavatory use, washing hands nor even tea-making water in the kettle. Now let's get onto the really disappointing stuff. I was not offered drinking water at the bar, nor a meal (yes, I'd have to pay, I know). After a half-hearted attempt to look at the water problem, the staff promised it would be on in an hour or two. It didn't happen - no water all night. It might not all have been in the hotel's powers to correct the water problem (workers outside chopping up the road?) but it would have been polite to offer me water for the kettle or to correct themselves once the water problem was actually NOT fixed.
