Disappointing
Liked: Friendly staff. Nice decor. Good room sizes.
Disliked: Terrible breakfast. Was advertised as 'continental' but was just a poor quality blueberry muffin, poor quality yoghurt and apple. That was it. We chose the hotel because it offered continental breakfast. They didn't respond to our complaints that we were mis-sold.

Liked: The light balanced breakfast was perfect for our needs. The hotel is ideally positioned for public transport. We particularly liked Punya and Chris (Front Desk Agents) who were so friendly and helpful.

I survived the streets around...
Liked: They upgraded me to a quieter room when I asked.
Disliked: The initial room I was offered was located next to an extremely loud street. After asking, I got a quieter room. Both rooms had earplugs ready for guests.Breakfast was nearly non-existent. Muffins, apples, yoghurt, coffee - that's it. Nothing else was provided.There was no airco, despite the room being stiflingly hot.There was no daily room cleaning.The location is absolutely horrendous, with homeless sleeping all around the hotel. The streets around the hotel stink of piss, and the street on the side is not one I would want to walk down in the night. This hotel is overpriced by about a factor of two, in my mind.
