Excellent location and friendly staff

Liked: The location could not be beaten! Over looking the duomo was exceptional.
Disliked: Breakfast was fine but quite limited.

Liked: I like the doubled door for soundproofing because we stayed at the room near the breakfast buffet area and we cant hear the sounds from there..
Disliked: Its better that the hotel should cater a wide variety of breakfast like bacon, scrambled eggs and other sweet pastries…

Very poor

Liked: The location is very good. Next to the Firenze cathedral
Disliked: Is a very old style and the furniture and hotel looks like is been forever. It does not look very clean and to access is a stair of 3 floors

Liked: The location was excellent it on the core of Firenze, next to catedral, great breakfast, comfy and clean
Disliked: The elevator needs some review, and our room was door to door to the breakfast place, which causes a little discomfort going in and out at breakfast times
