Comfortable and friendly

Liked: The rooms were large and comfortable and the staff were super friendly. Location was also great as could get to most sites easily.
Disliked: Only problem was the toilet was too close to the radiator so fear of burning kids so turned it completely down

Liked: The staff was very kind. The accommodation was in a quiet area with quick access to the metro. There were nice restaurants and bakeries very close by.

Fantastic stay

Liked: It was our 3rd time in Big Mama and we absolutely love everything about the property. It's really nice and cosy , the rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and always there to help and always smiling. We regularly visit Berlin and it really feels like coming to our home.

Superb

Liked: I liked that there we could rent bicycles and explore Berlin all day and go back straight to the hotel just by bike. There was a nice route from hotel to city center by the river.
