A clean and quiet budget...

Liked: Located in a quiet neighborhood near the Istria metro-station. Not too far with the metro to the center. Easy to find. Very clean. Quiet. Basically what one would expect for the price and rating. Absolutely not a 5-star hotel but it is not marketed as such either. It is what it claims to be.
Disliked: Not really a problem, but there is a quite long list of rules, which could maybe be intimidating to some that are used to international hotel-chains and are not familiar with smaller independent hotels. As long as you follow the rules there is no problem.
