Would never recommend
Liked: The property was close to town but that was all that was to like about it.
Disliked: The room was dirty, no facilities, noisey. Tea/coffee was a jug but nothing else no supplies. Bedspread dirty. Walls dirty. Electrics questionable as when phone plugged it got very hot very quickly.

Liked: I liked the hour that I checked out of the motel and liked that I was leaving there.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that when we booked the room for me, we had called the Motel and got a quote for 6 night stay and the person who we spoke with, was informed that I had a dog and we wanted the price of the room including having my dog stay in the room and wanted the fee for the dog in the room along with the fee for security/damage deposit so that we could pay for the total amount online through the booking. She quoted the total amount for the 6 nights along with the dog fee included and security/damage deposit. We paid the total amount online that was quoted and got my receipt. When I got to the motel for the first night to check in, there was a posting to call on duty person to come to the office. I called the number for the on duty person at the desk, and it took close to 15 minutes for her to come to the office door while I stood outside in the cold to let me in the door to the office to check in. When I told the lady my reservation number, she was not friendly and no smile on her face, and asked for identification. When she asked if I had a pet and i told her yes and that was checked off in the booking listing online, she raised her voice and kept stating that I had to pay $25.00 per night extra for the dog. When I told this lady that we had paid this fee online because we had spoken earlier in the evening with another duty manager and she had quoted us for the 6 nights stay and included the fee for 6 nights for the dog and the $100.00 security/damage deposit and I had a copy of the booking in my email. The lady was raising her voice saying no sir you didn’t pay it and that now she was going to charge me a $100.00 security deposit extra ontop of what i had already ok aid online I told her she was wrong and got on the phone with my friend who helped me do the booking and he stated to this lady what we were both quoted including the dog and security deposit. This lady was shouting at both of us saying no you didn’t pay it.

Adequate experience!
Liked: Good location Easy to findOne gentlemen not at front desk went out of the wayto help us check in as front desk was not responding.
Disliked: Customer service skills were severely lacking. The lady at front desk may use some training. She might be under training. No soap to wash hand.
