It was great yet the...

Disliked: No room service daily, sheet change, bed made, bath towels, trash removal. I understand being off season plus finding employees. I feel with the amount of room fee, this should be included. When on vacation you don’t want to do these tasks!

Liked: Breakfast was well above what I expected. The room was so clean. The people at the front desk were very nice. The restaurant across the parking lot was suggested to us and it didn’t disappoint. Great food and very friendly bartender! If I’m ever in the area again, I will be staying here .
Disliked: Nothing

Very good

Liked: The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: The breakfast was not good, The hot dishes were not hot or good.. The variety of extra selection was very limited.Also I didn't like that I had to pay for PARKING!!! When arriving late to the hotel it was difficult to find a spot because the hotel shares the lot with a restaurant and miniature golf.

Liked: The entire place was clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The noise level from other rooms was minimal. Every employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful going out of their way to make sure our needs were met and that our visit, not just to the hotel, but to Bethany Beach township was pleasant and enjoyable. Breakfast was good and the coffee 24/7 was appreciated. Thanks for a great extended weekend!

OK hotel, but artificially inflated...

Liked: Room was clean enough and the breakfast was good,.
Disliked: Disappointed with nickel and diming of artificial charges such as "resort fee" when we took part in no resort activities whatsoever and the charge was not included in the advertised price. Also a parking fee added unadvertised though it was out of season and parking should not have been the problem it might be in season.

Disliked: The only complaint I had is I use a walker and it was very difficult to get breakfast and move around the room with the table and chairs setup I can't imagine how someone in a wheelchair would do it if they were traveling alone. The breakfast was great though.
