Good for a business trip.

Liked: 25 minute walk to feria conference centre. Short walk to metro, very near airport (11 euro in a taxi) quiet location but sort of just in the middle of a suburban residential area, practical location for airport and conference. Nice hotel.

Passable

Liked: room size comfortable beds
Disliked: have to climb a metal staircase with lughae to reach room. no coffee/tea in room. phone in room not connected to cable just sitting dead on the table. reading lights in corners not appropriate at all. walls so thin can hear adjacent room activity

Very good

Liked: Nice decent hotel, we were 3 and there aupppsed to be two king size beds, but additionally they prepared a nice sofa bed so there were three separated beds. Rooms are not new but clean and confy. Nice flat TV and new toilet.
Disliked: Nothing was quite a nice value/ quality offer

Exceptional

Great hotel close to airport...

Liked: Had to book a room to stay overnight in Madrid as I missed my connecting flight due to the baggage handlers delay in sending out my bag. Nice comfortable hotel with restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing.

Superb

Liked: Staff and bed, close to airport
Disliked: In the end shuttle was free but useless because not working between 14 and 16 and only up to 19, so paid taxis all the ways

Convenient for a short transition

Liked: Very convenient location to the airport and City Center (there is a metro station 15 minutes waking away that directly brings you to the city centre, take the blue line). The shuttle bus service runs frequently and helped us travel comfortably to the airport. The lady at the reception was very helpful and nice.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit disappointing, there is a relatively wide variety but the quality can be improved.
