Clean, comfy, economical, a good...

Liked: Good Value for the $, Room was clean, bed was comfy, room was large enough, short cab ride to cruise port. Evening staff was very friendly.If you want fancy this is not your place. If you want clean, comfy, economical, this is a good place to rest your head, and have a clean bathroom.
Disliked: Noisy, (husband is hearing impaired so this was ok, I wore ear plugs at night), No washcloths, hot water was excellent except it was alternating between hot and cold entire shower no matter how you adjust, but adequate shower. No ice, no luggage carts. No concierge, but front desk was helpful. If you want fancy this is not your place. If you want clean comfy economical, this is a good place to rest for head. and have a clean bathroom.

Satisfied

Liked: The staff was really friendly. We arrived earlier but after a little bit later, we got our room. The location is good, close to the metro. Breakfast was tasty and different type of food.
Disliked: The hotel located next to a busy road, so the nights are noisy, but for a few days i think its okay, moreover its not the hotel fault.

Decent location and price but...

Liked: Decent location.. fifteen minutes walk to Gothic district.. metro station a few metres from hotel.. hotel parking garage available for €16/day..
Disliked: Like a lot of hotels I’ve stayed in recently, this 3 star hotel looked good on arrival.. had a smart foyer with marble tiles, etc. but my room was a different matter.. tired, worn and drab would be my kindest description.. also, despite a no smoking policy, I found loads of cigarette butts on the outside window ledge..I woke one morning to find no hot water.. informed front desk but guy just said he knew about it.. wasn’t restored until later that day..

Disappointing.

Liked: Breakfast was OK. Not great, often the hot food was cold.
Disliked: Check in was painful. Had to wait over an hour. When I did check in I was given someone else's room, when I opened the door they were laying asleep on the bed. Fortunately it was one of my friends I was travelling with rather than a stranger.

Very good

Liked: Very good location, good breakfast, good restaurant just at the hotel.
Disliked: Very small room, so small that you even cannot use a chair to sit at a desk because the bed is just next to it.

Good

Liked: The location is great, it's within walking distance from the beach and the subway's right on the corner. The room is very clean and has a good set of amenities.
Disliked: The windows didn't cut any sound from the street off. Even though we lived on the 7 floor we could heard all the sounds from the streets like it was opened. The shower gave you 5 seconds of the cold water every half a minute. So it was like a rodeo of hot and cold.

Liked: Excellent location, friendly staff, nice and clean..
Disliked: Only two gripes, shower would not hold a constant temperature, and stairs all same black colour, slipped once as cannot see edges when descending, could do with different colour edging strips. Apart from that we would recommend this hotel.
