Excellent Location

Liked: I loved the convenient location close to Milano Centrale train station. I loved the room it was very nice, clean, and pretty. It was wonderful staying here. I will definitely come back when I come to Italy.
Disliked: I didn't like that they didn't have scrambled eggs for breakfast only poach eggs.

Wonderful hotel near the station...

Liked: We loved this hotel, and had a wonderful stay. The location can't be beat -- just steps away from Milano Centrale, with lots of great places to eat within walking distance. The staff was really nice, and greeted us with a smile every time we passed. The lobby is comfortable and well decorated. The rooms are small, but meet the need, and the beds are comfy. Shower was nice and hot. And the room had a mini fridge, which we always like. Would definitely recommend!
Disliked: A few more English news channels on the TV would be nice. Also, the elevator is REALLY small, which could be challenging if you had a lot of luggage.

Convenient location

Liked: Very convenient for station with some excellent bars and restaurants nearby. Property itself is unremarkable but staff were friendly enough and breakfast selection reasonable.
Disliked: Tiny room and bathroom and very small elevator (lift) - a bit careworn and staff do their best but little ambiance as just passing train/station trade. Would not like to spend more than one night here but it is reasonable if passing through and want somewhere close to the station

Ok, would not choose it...

Liked: It was convenient to the train station. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Some of the fixtures appeared new but there was a patina of ‘tired’ throughout the hotel. I’ve stayed in Bernina hotels before and this one was a disappointment. The was a sore smell in the bathroom. Tolerable but not pleasant.

Clean room, great breakfast

Liked: Good clean property , great selection at breakfast and really friendly staff, good location close to the station, needed hot get a tram or bus to any sightseeing places.
Disliked: Check out Reception staff could be happier, very serious, no smiling, didn’t ask how our stay was on check out.Beds were hard.
