Liked: The reception was so helpful in any required aspect. Throughout my entire stay, they helped me with my disability scooter without even asking :). Always smiling and always offering sincere assistance to everyone.
Disliked: Everything was satisfactory and beyond. Great locatin, family atmosphere, very clean (housekeeping every day), very pleasant breakfests (good selection to choose from), reception available at all times.Would recommend.

Disappointing

Liked: the location.
Disliked: This hotel is catered for business travelers......not for vacationers or tourist.We will look and book a hotel the next time we are in Milan.

Liked: Good water pressure in the shower head. Comfortable pillows.
Disliked: Toiletries were sachets not bottles. Only one tiny, slow lift. Wasn’t obvious how to find the stairs, to avoid the lift.
