Liked: It has a very good location, very close to Milano Centrale and the Metro (lines M2 and M3). The breakfast and breakfast staff are very good!
Disliked: First of all, the website and Booking site said the mini fridge would be refilled everyday and that didn’t happen (they just put more still water, not soda, juices, as said in the listing), also the mini fridge didn’t work at all, everything was always hot, we checked if it was plugged, but still didn’t work. The city tax that appeared for me in the booking was 60€ and I was charged 84€(I have the receipt and prints of the booking) when I asked the staff, they just responded that I had to pay it. The front desk staff is not friendly at all, they don’t respond when you say “hi”, “ciao”, “good morning”, “buon giorno”, etc.If you liked this hotel I would suggest getting another in the same street (there are hundreds).
