Liked: Convenient location near the train station. Well equipped hotel and lovely staff. Breakfast was great.

Perfect stay near Milan main...

Liked: An amazing hotel super close to Milano Centrale which makes it perfect for tourists who want to see Milan and travel around. The staff were extremely helpful given we faced train strikes and the room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed - including robes and slippers

Great service and very convenient...

Liked: Love the breakfast spread and the wonderful service at breakfast. I had a little incident when I got into my room - the door was not able to close or lock. I called reception and they sent someone up immediately. 20 mins later, the locksmith came. However, they needed to replace the entire lock. So the hotel changed another room for me instead. Great service.As my flight out of Milan was in the evening, I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel and return to pick it up when I was ready to depart for the airport.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect
