better than expected

Liked: Breakfast very good, good location easy to arrive city center and train station by tram, clean room
Disliked: elavator a bit small, aircondition is working noisy

Great stay with just some...

Liked: The bathroom was lovely - I had several hot, long showers over the few days I stayed. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the amount of space and how clean it was - great value for money. The staff were helpful - I quite liked talking to the cleaner. I also liked the reception area and the lift functioned well.
Disliked: One of the lights was flickering, and my room was directly above a car wash and next to a busy train line. The noise from these was a bit annoying at night but I slept well enough. I also couldn’t open the window as it had a locked shutter over it - so it was dark at all times in the room. Not a big deal as I spent all of daytime out in the city but I would’ve liked sunlight in the morning. I opted for breakfast for 1 of my 3 mornings - I was just too tired to be up earlier the other days! I say this because it might’ve been that I caught the kitchen staff in a bad mood. I just found the breakfast lacking and that the one lady doing breakfast seemed to be in such a rush for people to finish up and leave. She seemed to be deliberately noisy around the room towards 10am. Not just banging plates around as is normal when cleaning up - when she pushed chairs in, they would bang rather loudly right next to you as you’re still waking up! Not a huge complaint as I know breakfast is still value for money but it’s the little things that make guests feel a bit more comfortable. Overall I would recommend the hotel to others - it has great connection to the city and is great particularly for those travelling from Malpensa airport.

Nice stay at the hotel...

Liked: We liked the room design and the quality and variety of the breakfast. For 6€ you could taste various things and get your stomach full. The staff was easygoing and spoke english easily. The room had a tea cettle and 2 cups/mugs with some tea and instant coffee bags which was super nice. We also appreciated the clean bathroom and toiletries left for us to use.
Disliked: The room was cold even after turning the ac warmer. Also the window and balcony door/window frames let out the cold air during the night and the noise from the street.The walls are pretty thin/not as sound proof so that we could hear our neighbours occasionally.

Liked: The number didn't match the photos, when we arrived, they gave us another number, it was mold, dark little light was dirty, they showed the receptionist he didn't want to change the number, so I called a friend from Italy he talked and we changed the number, in general it was very bad.
