Very clean hotel, amazing for...

Liked: Very clean hotel in great location. Cleaner than most 4 star hotels overseas.
Disliked: If you want someone to clean your room, you need to let them know before 10am. This can be annoying if you want to sleep in etc. Interior is old but functional. The cutrains could benefit from a wash as some are stained.

Superb location, excellent value

Liked: The hotel was in a superb location! Just about across the street from the main train station and extremely close to a shopping mall. It offered excellent value and was quite comfortable.
Disliked: We did ask for additional pillows as the original pillows were quite flat. The front desk clerk quickly brought up additional pillows.

Liked: Very big room, free coffee, helpful and friendly staff. The location is also amazing, we could reach everything on foot.
Disliked: The mattress was a bit too hard, self check in process was a bit confusing.
