Lodging for the Berlin marathon

Liked: Great location for the Berlin marathon & near to the expo. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. You can leave your room key with the onsite reception 247 - bonus. The bar in reception was very convenient for a post marathon beer 🍺 "Prost!"
Disliked: The rooms were very tired and lacked investment. This was expected from a budget hotel but wouldn't normally stay in somewhere like this. "You wouldnt take your girlfriend here." I was a solo traveller & the surge pricing for the Berlin Marathon this made a convenient spot.

Liked: Affordable and perfect for a weekend getaway or a few days' trip, but not for those who want to stay in the hotel room whole day

Liked: Hotel is very good located just 10 min walk from U-bahn and 1min from bus station. Stuff is very friendly.

Disliked: Expensive charge for a ‘just about small dog’ we was told, we have a small pug and was made a big issue about it and charged us €20 for him for staying, rather expensive! Said to us is that okay and then said ‘well you don’t have a choice really’ was very rude. The hotel room stunk bad and the toilet didn’t flush well. The area was rather run down I would avoid at all costs.
