Disliked: unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Check-in was the slowest I’ve seen, taking far longer than expected, with little communication from the front desk about the delay. Once in the room, I discovered the shower gel was empty, which should have been checked and refilled before arrival. Dinner service was also frustrating. We waited half an hour after being seated before a waiter even approached us to take our order. Throughout the meal, we weren’t well attended to, and at the end, I had to get up and search for a staff member just to request the bill. Overall, I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. Sadly, this experience didn’t meet those expectations.
