Budget short stay option

Liked: Good value for money and comfy. Very basic hotel and would only recommend for a budget short stay in Mexico City. At the edge of the Roma neighbourhood doesn't have loads of options right next to it but as soon as you wonder on the side streets loads of cafes and restaurants.
Disliked: Very outdated. Needs a refurbishment especially the bathrooms where the ceiling is pealing off.

A big old hotel with...

Liked: The hotel has good room service and staff. The rooms are big. It's well located in a safe area near local shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The hotel is old and needs a lot of maintenance and refurbishment. The heating is not working and the best option they offered us is an extra blanket. The shower is also old. The extraction in the bathroom is not very good to remove smell and humidity. The bedsheets weren't very clean (see photol.Communication with the staff can be challenging if you don't speak Spanish.
