Liked: The receptionist went out of her way to get us a nice room & get us set up. We had reservations at another hotel but when we checked in she failed to tell us the hot tub was out of order. That was the main reason we stayed there because we planned on enjoying the hot tub. We cancelled our stay there & booked the Bemidji Hotel & glad we did!

Liked: Inexpensive place to spend the night, no thrills or anything. Clean enough. No breakfast but there's plenty of places around town if ur hungry.

Liked: The hotel was great
Disliked: The fact that they double charged me so now I have to fight to get my money back. I paid in the app booking.com and they charged me again so it is just wrong. Very frustrating.

Liked: The staff was okay — the day shift lady wasn’t friendly.
Disliked: Filthy — beat up —- felt gross after sleeping there. TV didn’t work, garbage had not been changed and there wasn’t a hairdryer in the bathroom.
