Disliked: I left at check in due to the pet fee charge being the most expensive we had paid for our 5 week trip across Canada. I assumed I would be refunded the room charge but after several days I reached out and the hotel manager refused to refund me.

Liked: The receptionist went out of her way to get us a nice room & get us set up. We had reservations at another hotel but when we checked in she failed to tell us the hot tub was out of order. That was the main reason we stayed there because we planned on enjoying the hot tub. We cancelled our stay there & booked the Bemidji Hotel & glad we did!

Liked: Inexpensive place to spend the night, no thrills or anything. Clean enough. No breakfast but there's plenty of places around town if ur hungry.

Disliked: I didn't like that even tho I had the air conditioner on it was still hot in the room but otherwise I had a great experience at the hotel
