Very good

Liked: The location was great! A very short walk to the city centre. It is also about a 25-30 minute walk to the Brussels-Midi train and bus station. The staff were really friendly and let us store our bags after we checked out until our train later that afternoon.The room was clean and had excellent storage space, with a large desk and a nice closet.
Disliked: The room was nice, but a little bit beat up. The door handle on our bathroom door was a little broken for example.

Not terribly happy.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable. The room was really clean. We had no hot water 2 days running and told it was because other guests were showering. The young lady on our last day was more helpful and gave us an empty room to shower in (although the first room she gave us a key to was occupied with a very surprised young man when i let myself into his room.) The bath is dangerous as has no anti slip and no bath mats available. Our room 105 also had a sharp overflow point in the bath with no cover on. We reported extremely loose tap in the sink which is in danger of coming off, we reported this but no action taken. Also we stayed 3 nights but our key card was only activated for 1 night so we always had to ask staff to let us in to the hotel and then reactivate our card to get access to our room. Not sure we would ever return. Will we get a response to this?

Liked: The only - is the area where it’s located. It was very ghetto, especially at night.

Robbery in the hotel

Liked: Someone enter to my room, open the bags and stole one tablet and a perfume while we were out, I had to go to the police station to report the robbery and then the hotel search the cameras and just limit to say: sorry we will check the issue.I had to leave because my itinerary, and the “investigation” still inconclusive and I’m still waiting for any response from the hotel.
