Hotel air conditioning unit way too loud. Bar service and staff exceptional. Staff at hotel lobby should have some kind of uniform, not plain clothes.

Exactly what we wanted. Staggering distance from the Commodore! Clean and comfortable.

Liked: Nice staff. Clean hotel.
Disliked: Key cards were annoying. Had to go to front desk several times to get them fixed.

All and all it was a lousy experience and I would like my money back .

Disliked: The room was very small; the sheets were clean but the bedding smelled stale; the elevator was out of order when we came back from Cirque du Soleil. I am 73 years old with knee problem and I had to walk 5 flights of stairs to get back to our room; the staff at the front desk were rude and indifferent - I asked if they had a service elevator and they said there was no service elevator, and told us that since it was not an emergency the elevator would probably not be fixed for 3 or 4 more hours, and had no way of helping me out. So I struggled up 5 flights of stairs. The breakfast was lukewam. The $139 room ended up costing close to $190. They did not tell us on arrival that parking was $18 - another lovely surprise.

Location is great, value not...

Liked: The location is great! The coffee stuff in the room was great. The room was clean, and the bathroom amenities smelled so good.
Disliked: I was charged 3 separate times, which caused my account to be over charged by about $400, then upon checkout they tried to chardlge me a 4th time which was declined because I was overdrawn due to the 3 other times they charged me. The room was TINY for a deluxe room. Only room for the 2 beds and mini fridge, not much else. There were no chairs or anything, again for a deluxe room that's crazy! The walls are so thin, the people next to us laughed and it felt like they were in our room.

I was very satisfied with...

Liked: The staff were very accommodating. They gave us free drinks at check in and a pin on button. They also did a follow up message to find out if we liked the room. I was also upgraded to a better room because I had to wait in a lineup as one of the computers was down at check-in.
Disliked: Only downside was the quality of the TV. And the fact that there was no smart TV.

I was pleasantly surprised and...

Liked: Convenient location for sightseeing and shopping. The decor was updated, trendy and beds were comfortable. The hotel and room were very clean and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was just slightly noisy at night due to facing Granville Street and we stayed over a long weekend. It would have been great to have a mini fridge in room to keep snacks, drinks, leftovers etc. The room size was a tad small and parking wasn’t the easiest to find.
