Beautiful nice boutique hotel, walking...

Liked: The room was a clean, fresh sheets, room service cleaned every day . The kitchenette was well equipped, plates cutlery and stove so we made our own breakfast.
Disliked: They must work on their plumbing job, the bathroom pipes are not fresh

Good

Liked: Great location, close to the beach, parks, and botanical gardens. The hotel was cute and the room fit our family of six quite nicely. The grounds and common areas were well kept.
Disliked: The staff seemed a bit detached, not super friendly but not grumpy either. The maintenance was lacking a bit, for example it looked like paint touch-ups were done by a kid. Paint dripped on the floor, and onto chrome trim. Seems like a small thing but it made it look a bit shoddy. We stayed close to a week over Christmas. I requested a late checkout by an hour or two and they said it would cost $25 for the late checkout. I paid it without complaint but I felt nickeled and dimed a bit. A little good will would've gone a long way there especially given the length of our stay. The housekeeping wasn't super consistent or impressive. It seemed that they didn't come around until later in the afternoon when we'd returned for the evening. We were supposed to return to this hotel but I cancelled the reservation.

Liked: The staffs are friendly. There is daily cleaning. Possibility of going to several places on foot.
Disliked: They don’t offer breakfast but offer coffee every morning.

Pre Cruise 1 night stay

Liked: The warm and friendly welcome. Being able to do some laundry was a bonus as we left Orlando and we were getting on a cruise. We are a family of 5 so to have a room sleep 6 was great. Free tea and coffee in reception on a morning. Fridge in room was great. 10min walk to beach and 10 min walk to restaurants. Car park was close and $20 a day was good. Can park outside Hotel or round the corner to unload your luggage.Would definitely stay again when in Miami.
Disliked: Only have 1 lift.
