Liked: The staff were very friendly and efficient, and were kind enough to allow me to check in early.
Disliked: Some slightly better soundproofing in the rooms would be helpful, but this was relatively minor

Pleasant

Liked: parking option for 10 extra EUR in a nearby parking garage is helpful. reception staff were helpful providing an extra heater, while the room was freezing cold and the central heating did not function
Disliked: uncleaned bathroom and full of mold, the overall state of the room was bad, looking old and not maintained, strong smell on the hallway, spider web in the lift reflecting poor maintenance/cleanliness

Disliked: It's a two star hotel so one can't really complain of the lack of things like tea/coffee making facilities. The shower was good the beds comfortable and it was very clean.
