This traditional 5-star palace hotel occupies an elegant Art Nouveau building dating from 1913 located in the heart of Bern next to the Federal Parliament. The Bellevue Palace with is amazing views to the Bernese Alps and the river Aare includes 2 bars 2 restaurants a sauna and fitness center.Free WiFi is available. Hotel Bellevue Palace Bern is the official guest house of the Swiss government. Over the years it has hosted famous guests such as Charlie Chaplin the Queen of England Jacques Chirac Nelson Mandela Sophia Loren Bruce Springsteen and Fidel Castro. Very nice days in Bern.

Liked: Excellent location to reach all by foot. Very beautiful view from terrace and room (when faced to the river). Tasty JEEPER rose Champaign and food in restaurant.
Disliked: Some times long waiting in terrace restaurant, good we had a spare time.

Luxury and class in the...

Liked: Lovely old hotel with all modern conveniences. Ideally located for old town, walking easily to sites and restaurants, as well as a short walk fro. The train station. Magnificent view of Alps and the river.
Disliked: Nothing
