Great hotel, would definitely recommend.

Liked: The hotel throughout was very smart, clean and modern looking. I found the staff helpful in explaining things on the menu and the whole stay was a pleasure. Lots of choices for breakfast which was the best of all the hotels we had stayed in during our trip around Spain.
Disliked: A few more English speaking t.v. Channels

Liked: Unfortunately we didn’t have the breakfast but it looked amazing mistake on our part. Location for us using the Santander ferry was good also to the town was walkable Parking indoor was excellent and free. Shower in room was amazing and a plus that the toilet was separate. Nespresso coffee excellent and reasonable price
Disliked: There was nothing negative to say about this hotel only pity we couldn’t have used our Genius points

Very pleasant and convenient for...

Liked: Very basic but everything very modern nice walk in shower. Very nice buffet breakfast with everything you could want. Had a meal in evening choice was limited but we had crunchy chicken which we enjoyed.

Great option for business travelers.

Liked: Small business oriented hotel, very clean rooms and common areas. Goos restaurante and excellent customer service everywhere.
Disliked: Bathroom disposition, but is just a minor issue. Room has everything you need to work and relax.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious, comfortable beds
Disliked: The door in the shower was absolutely transparent. It was really uncomfortable to take a shower while I stayed in the same room with my two sons

Much better than we were...

Liked: Really nice hotel. It was clean and welcoming with some great decorative features. There are shops and parks within walking distance. There is on-site parking (mostly within an underground car park) . The rooms are comfortable. The staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English. From the hotel, it is just a short drive to the port at Santander. The buffet breakfast was fresh and plentiful. There are hot and cold options and decent coffee! We will use this hotel regularly.
