Disliked: Originally the room given for us, 03, guests was extremely small. We had hardly any room to move. However, upon complaining the staff quickly changed to a spacious room with a balcony.

Liked: Very nice hotel in very nice part of the Seville. Everything was close .. life, city center, restaurants ..

Booking.com were not satisfactory on...

Liked: The hotel was in a perfect location. Staff were excellent.
Disliked: There were refurbishments going on which booking.com did not inform us about when booking. In future I will have to liaise directly and book directly with accommodation to ensure this doesn’t happen again. The highlight for us was the chance of the rooftop bar and swimming pool which were closed.

Pleasant hotel with lovely staff

Liked: Very well appointed modern hotel. The staff were excellent throughout our stay. Good location for accessing Seville's attractions. Breakfast was very good. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Coffee/pastries provided throughout the day in the lounge area. The rooftop/pool area was lovely, unfortunately it rained for most of our visit so we couldn't use it but I'm sure it would be delightful on a sunny day.
Disliked: There were renovation works going on on floors 1 and 2 which we were only informed of on arrival. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we were woken by drilling and hammering at 8am. This was not acceptable so we asked to be moved to a higher floor and were moved to the 6th floor without any fuss. The staff were apologetic and understanding.The room(s) themselves were very good, modern, comfortable with good bathroom and excellent shower. We had booked a balcony room which was a bit of a waste as the balconies are enclosed and looked out onto a tree on the main road. I'm not sure how you'd ever use the space they provide.The location is convenient for the old town etc, but the building and immediate area lacks much quaintness or character.
