Liked: Genuine customer courtesy from day one. I called weeks in advance to ask about transportation from the airport. Jackson took the time to look up the rates for the shuttle. Upon arriving, the two young ladies at check in were very welcoming. Then, at checkout, Charlie send us off with a smile & please come back soon. Also, their choice of breakfast items were phenomenal something filling for all tastebuds.
Disliked: Hmmm, the bathroom was a bit cold. Then, again it is Lake Tahoe, in later October.

Liked: it was a good location not far walk from shops
Disliked: some one hit our car and the hotel itself doesn’t have cameras in the parking lot. rude staff and bathroom door completely fell off the hinges and took them a hour to come to the room and fix it.

Nice getaway to the lake...

Liked: Perfect Location, Large Room, Comfortable Bed, Clean All Around, Free Parking.
Disliked: Some Guests being loud running up and down upper walkway / Balcony Stairs late in night. Odd Folding Shower Door Setup.
