Awful, unhelpful, rude

Liked: Good location convenient for our stay
Disliked: Absolutely awful service, reception staff extremely rude. When we entered our room and turned the light switch on the fuse blew and this was then not fixed throughout our entire stay so we could not use the lights or TV. When requesting a refund, the hotel tried to blame us for plugging in a device, even though we had only just entered the room and not unpacked our cases yet, we had just walked in the door. Staff were so rude when we requested help and they did not fix the problem.

Pleasant stay in Paris and...

Liked: Modern style, lighting, cleanliness, water pressure of shower. Staff.
Disliked: If I turned off lights in bathroom,hence extractor was off, the smell was quite strong. However, easy to rectify by turning on lights.

Clean and well located.

Liked: Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and the location was great, close to the cafes and restaurants and very close to the metro station which made our trip very pleasant. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Room was too small for 2 people. We had 2 suitcases, with them there was not much room to move around the room. Beds desperately needed to be updated.

Short stay in Paris

Liked: Staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean. Location was great and very near metro stops.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit small given we had two suitcases. I realize that’s the norm but it was tight.

Liked: Friendly staff, great location, nice and clean.
