Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful with someone at reception 24/7. Room was clean and finished to a high standard - we saw other reviews about the rooms being small but we thought it was quite a standard size for a European city. Metro is super close (about a 2 minute walk away)

Disliked: No water or milk provided Extremely difficult check in due to no physical bank card- would not accept cash or Apple Pay for deposit. Felt like we would be kicked out of the hotel after a long day of travelling before being able to check in by an unwelcoming member of staff.

Disliked: The rooms are so small you can’t even open a bag / suitcase without putting them up on the bed. Hot water was not available for +2 hours on Sunday morning and staff was unable to advise how long it would take to be fixed

Good location and clean room

Liked: The locatiotion is great! The hotel is small but my room looked renovated. The bed was comfortable and the room in general clean.
Disliked: It was quite humid and cold the room as the heating didn't seem to work properly. The room doesn't have shampoo or conditioner and any amenities like these. I feel it was expensive for what it is as I had stayed on another one which was newer and much better with the same price for 2 people while on this one it was a single room.

Decent basic two star hotel...

Liked: Excellent location. Very clean, great shower and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Room was claustrophobic. Marketed as junior suite but really a family room - one bedroom and a second part with a single bed. Not comfortable for sitting. Expensive for what was provided.
