Liked: Great location. Quiet room and had everything we needed. They staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: My girlfriend wished there was a full length mirror in the room. The air conditioner didn’t work properly.

Liked: Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Our room was very quiet and peaceful. Staff was excellent. Theo at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, especially the buffet breakfast.

Liked: Proximity to Champs Elysees
Disliked: Several staff did not appear to understand English and had difficulty providing support for even the most basic requests (e.g., booking a taxi service to the outlet); the room assigned to us had a bathroom without shower curtains and railings for the shower area, which was supposedly for handicapped people, but we had not been forewarned and had not been given an option to opt for a normal room. Disappointed since we have stayed at NH Milan and had no issues, and NH Paris is not comparable in our view.
