The hotel and staff made...

Liked: The location is perfect for access to everything in the city. The front desk staff were personable and more than willing to accommodate any of our requests. The furnishings and room size were adequate for our needs. We did not have breakfast at the property since there are so many options available within close proximity to the hotel. We have recommended the property to other relatives and friends.

Liked: Excellent hotel choice!

It did the job that...

Liked: The location is very good for visiting Notre Dame and near to easy Metro connections. Some great food and cafe options, great arty vibe around Mauvais. The room could be a little larger and the lift space is tiny, make sure you only have small luggage.
Disliked: Considering the cost of the room, it was fairly basic amenities and this was even without any breakfast included. Inventory on the mini bar had clearly not been done as was not correct, I was in fear of being charged. We also only had 2 sachet of coffee and 2 tea bags for our stay. This seemed very tight for 2 people staying over a weekend. There wasn't even any milk in the room and when calling reception, they told me I could go to Basement to get my own milk. Customer service left a little to be desired in this respect.
