Liked: The hotel location and facilities were outstanding . The staff were extremely helpful , friendly and knowledgeable . The room and bathroom were well decorated and had all the amenities required .
Disliked: Honestly everything went very well and it was very enjoyable stay .

'Mature lady well preserved'

Liked: The staff, the athmosphere, the pictures on the walls, the flowers in the entrance area, the different restaurant facilities inside and outside, the renovation of the west wing only during the day, the silence in the 4.th floor.
Disliked: The bathroom - there were no underfloor heating so the floor was very cold.
