Basic accommodation but good base...

Liked: Concierge very helpful.
Disliked: Mediocre continental breakfast. No milk or creamer in room for tea making

Authentic clean boutique hotel

Liked: Perfect clean boutique hotel in a fantastic location near train station and short walk to all the city sites. Constantino the host was friendly and provided us with a map and lots of local knowledge. Will definitely stay here if we return to Florence.
