Very comfy and convenient

Liked: Roomy Apartment-style suites made a comfortable home base. All lobby employees were helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: Minor things… poor hardware in sinks made it difficult to shut off water. Towels were thin and scratchy.

Liked: The location is brilliant. Close to the subway (non-NYers should not be afraid of the subway). Some good food places nearby and Beacon Theatre also has some very cool events that you should look up when you are booking. The staff were very helpful on the odd occasion that we had a question.

Liked: Great location close to subway and easy to get around. Having a fridge and little kitchen with a toaster was good. Supermarket right across the street. Staff always friendly.
Disliked: We could occasionally hear people in the room next to us and in the hallway but no street noise.
