Hotel B&B Casa La Val, Disentis

Very good

Liked: Nice and comfortable room.Good breakfast in the nearby hotel
Disliked: Hotel is said to be in Sedrun but is in Rueras!It is then difficult to find.The nearby hotel doesn't seem to be happy to provide breakfast and check-out for La Val BB

Very good

Liked: The rooms were lovely and it was nice to sit out on the balcony to enjoy the view.
Disliked: The fellow at the front desk was only as friendly as he had to be. Maybe he was having a bad day but it was noticeable.

I recommend it to everyone....

Liked: Very nice place. Very good breakfast.
Disliked: The rules for the charging station need to be more clear. There was a car connected for the full evening and night, even if it was fully charged and they didn't know how to contact them or how to disconect them.

Nice room and location, friendly...

Liked: The room we stayed in was on the second level with a balcony and a nice view of the mountains. There was a kettle in the room to make coffee or tea and a nice welcome note from the owner along with chocolates on the pillow and 2 bottles of water. Check in was easy and in the restaurant directly in front of the hotel. We slept with the windows open and there were flies and mosquitos that buzzed our ears all night. The breakfast was very good and there was a large selection to choose from including boiled eggs, breads, jelly, cereals, yogurt, deli meats and cheeses. There is soap/shampoo for the shower and bathroom (no conditioner).
Disliked: If you travel with a FireStick or other HDMI device, the TV (at least in our room) had a password on it so you could not change the source to HDMI. Never seen that before, the staff tried to help but did not know the password. Like most places in Switzerland, the room has no AC, so you have to leave the window open. We brought small USB fans which I highly recommend if you travel to Switzerland in the summer.

Liked: Great location, clean room and bathroom, beautiful views, good breakfast and very kind staff. We recommend!
Disliked: Check in was a bit complicated. The reception is located in the restaurant building.
