Good location.

Disliked: Room was tiny and the bed was uncomfortable. I went downstairs to get hot water for my decaf coffee (I bring my own) and they tried to charge me. There were mosquitos in my room too. The only way to stay cool is to open the window. No AC.

Liked: It was everything you should expect. Staff very polite and helpful. Good location. Good breakfast etc.
Disliked: Could have replenished coffee in the room.

Good in a pinch for...

Liked: It was stylish and located in great proximity to the old city and the castle, plus the river walk and boats. The reception was friendly and fun to speak with.
Disliked: I asked about additional pillows for my neck and shoulders, and reception indicated that it was unlikely to procure those without prior request; they did manage to find a more firm pillow, but I was still unable to sleep.

Disliked: Everything. The hotel is painstakingly over priced and lacks cleanliness. Zero housekeeping. Sad. The rooms are astoundingly small and stuffy.
