Liked: Room and bathroom very,very small. Balcony was a cage outside a window not a balcony. Extremely professional and lovely staff.

Liked: Very good location, some major attractions points at a walking distance. Metro station close by.
Disliked: Rooms are pretty small, also the bathroom. The phonic isolation is really bad, you can hear everything that happens on the hallway, even the discussions of your neighbours.

Liked: We had a room with a sofa bed on the bottom level and two twins that were up a curling set of stairs. I slept on the sofa bed because I didn’t want to navigate the stairs and it was not comfortable. The bed was pretty squeaky. Very tight space with obvious mobility/accessibility limitations.Having said all that, check-in was a breeze, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating I would stay here again, but not in that particular room. Location was great.

Liked: It was okay.
Disliked: More room. It was tiny. It could have been a little more modern and comfortable. The reservation made through Booking is a complicated process that doesn't actually charge the card. I almost missed making my payment in time. Had to waste more time solving this when the hotel called at the last minute while I was in transit. It would help to have a system where you book your room and are done with it.
