Liked: Central location with a lovely staff. Will definitely stay again if I’m in Paris.

Good location with friendly staff...

Liked: The location was central and the staff were friendly and helpful. They gave recommendations on the best route to get to our tourist destinations and little side stops that would make the route more enjoyable.
Disliked: The light in our bathroom was faulty. We initially thought it didn't work, so informed reception and they came to inspect it but informed us that it just takes 30 seconds or so for the electricity to kick in. Which was true, after leaving the switch on for 15-30 seconds the light turned on but this suggests there's some electrical problems there that need to be addressed as they'll only get worse over time. Sometimes our bedside lamps would flicker too so it wasn't just the bathroom light that had the issue.

Liked: I had a room with a window to the inner courtyard, despite the location it was absolutely quiet. The room was generally normal; not great, not bad, just normal. The main advantage is definitely the location
Disliked: - The hotel cannot use the card you specified on booking, so if for some reason your country's bank is not serviced in Europe, you need cash without options. However, until your departure, they will still block the amount for one night on your card.- The hotel requires you to leave the key at the reception, which I personally really don't like to do.- The breakfast is very meager, not the best idea to count on it. But you can decide whether to pay for breakfast right on the spot in the morning (my advice is to go to one of the many cafes in the area for the same money)

Fun location, friendly staff, maybe...

Liked: Staff was really wonderful. Friendly with helpful recommendations of where to eat & what to see.
Disliked: We were in two separate twin rooms, due to a last minute booking. Both beds & pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Neither I (57) nor my son (24) slept well on them.

Liked: Good location, clean rooms, and nice red stairs!
Disliked: 1. I wish a sound-protection could be better2. Service. They had blocked money on my account before I arrived and then asked me to pay full booking cost, promising immediate unblocking. But it didn’t happen.They said they will unblock each time I reached out. I checked out today, but my money is still unavailable for me.
