Smart hotel, great value, excellent...
Liked: Great location - Abbesses has everything to hand and feels like the complete Paris. Room was simple but clean and practical. Bathroom also pretty compact, but functioned perfectly. This is by a mile the best hotel I have stayed in in Paris at this price point. Great staff and smooth processes for check in and out.

Liked: Nicely located and decorated hotel in a lovely part.what made the stay really special is the guy at the reception - Louis Philippe Boutin. I travel a lot and you dont come across that level of attention and service even in expensive hotels. he was super helpful, nice and engaging. he was extremely personable gave us some good advice, did some extra research and just made our stay much more special than it would have been otherwise!Top top marks!

Refund the money you took...
Liked: Hotel Basss insisted on collecting my card details even though it was stated that payment was to be made on site at the property. They collect €102 from my card as “pre-authorization charge”. I asked them about the charge when I arrived and they assured me that it would be sent back to my account. It has been 21 days since I checkout and I have not received my money. I’ve sent emails and gotten no response. When I call they ask me to call back when the manager will be around and for some reason the manager always seems to have “just stepped out” when I call. HOTEL BASSS I need my money. Bookings.com fix this. Thieves!!!!!

Liked: We loved the location! The restaurants and surrounding area were so fun. The staff were friendly and helpful.We were able to get a room with a sofa bed and it really gave us the perfect amount of space.
Disliked: We loved everything about it!
