Liked: It all felt very new. A supremely comfortable, clean and well sound-proofed room with a huge bed and lovely big pillows. The bathroom had a large bath as well as a shower and plenty of space to store toiletries. The location was excellent - a few minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the George V metro stop. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Faultless.

Not perfect, but in a...

Liked: The people at the reception were extremely kind and helpful. Good beds and bathroom, with both bathtub and shower, and a separate shower booth.
Disliked: Not having a refrigerator is a major drawback. Also, the hangers for clothes were fixed in the wall, apparently to prevent clients from stealing them. A rather high and unexpected threshold between the room and the bathroom was quite tricky. The entire façade was being renovated, so there was a terrible noise throughout the day.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was very clean and comfy. The bed is the best hotel bed that I have slept in. The breakfast was very good, new bread each day and good juice. Scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon very good. Staff was very friendly and kind. Thank you very much. I will come again and recommend to my friends and family.

Perfect!

Liked: The most polite staff ever (specially Jazz at the reception!)!Excellent position, all the most importaint tourist sites are in walking distance. Breakfast was very various, and offered fresh products from the area. The hotel provides complementary coffee, tea and water, even to go. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are well equiped with everything you might need. The beds are very comfortable. On our departure date, since we left early, they provided us breakfast to go at our choice.
Disliked: There is no mini bar or refrigerator in the room.
