Elegant and most comfortable.

Liked: The staff made our stay comfortable and went the extra mile to offer attentive service. The room was elegant, with extra touches like a pouffe in the ante room of the bathroom and all.the little items for sewing and extras for toiletries. WiFi worked. Room service was courteous. Pleasing stay.
Disliked: Nothing. If wishes were granted, I would wish for a more varied options for people with food sensitivities. Gluten free and lactose free options for example.

A Gem of a Hotel...

Liked: We stayed three nights in this elegant hotel, well located just 3 minutes walk from Gare Lille Europe Station and Westfield Mall, and about 6 minutes by cab from the centre. The staff were courteous, warm and well attuned to ensuring that our stay was as fully comfortable and pleasing. There's a restaurant within the complex which served reasonably good meals. We had breakfast and dinner a couple of nights.
Disliked: I would have liked the restaurant to cater for patrons with special dietary needs, such as offering gluten free and dairy free substitutes besides just gluten free bread rolls and salads. However, kitchen staff did their best to please.

Relaxing and very enjoyable.

Liked: this hotel was beautiful . it met our expectations and more. very friendly staff. . I cannot wait to return and stay for a longer break . within the top2 hotels i have ever stayed in . the kids loved it . Would highly recommend. Look forward to returning again.
Disliked: nothing . There was nothing that i could complain about.

Nice and Bright rooms but...

Liked: Nice and bright white rooms. Got high level as requsted and that was nice. Very nice valetservice!
Disliked: Worn room and bathroom need some upgrades. Dirty groutes on floor between marmor. No window to open...The new rule about charge extra deposits for room is annoying and should be handled otherewise. Rather complicatded and time consuming checkin.
