Liked: the cafe by the pool was excellent the food, the wine, the service The main restaurant excellent, The staff were the most amazing , never have I experienced such hospitality....Everything is kept super clean Very beautiful
Disliked: The free breakfast was not good, The lobby is too small and there is no small sundry very important to purchase some food items toiletries etc.No drawers in the bedrooms, does not make sense

Liked: There was a mix up on the reservation so they up graded us to a suite at no extra charge.

We loved our stay there!

Liked: Bardo is a very stylish and super comfortable hotel. The facilities are amazing, and the bar, restaurant, and swimming pool are among the best in town. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are well-designed and clean.

Beautiful hotel in a good...

Liked: The free breakfast consisted of a variety of pastries.

Nice hotel but lacks the...

Liked: I liked the location. The pool area was very nice. The club dining was very good. The waitress there, Anna, was exceptional!
Disliked: There were weddings there that over took the property. They didn’t close the pool but closed all services to the pool. That meant we had to go in side the lobby and into the bar and serve ourself standing there waiting for service with them not offering to bring the drinks out to us. It got loud in the hall ways at night at 1:00 to 2:00 as reception guests head back to their rooms. They failed to come to our rooms one of the days to make up the beds. The worst was we paid for two park view rooms and got one and got a lesser valued room but still had to pay the higher price for the room. They gave us back a beer bill each for 19.00 that didn’t nearly cover the cost of the up graded room.

Girls trip Columbus Day Weekend

Liked: The customer service was exceptional! The location is walking distance to many things. The park across the street is a plus for families. The valet parking of $67 was steep. Sama deserves a promotion!! She was the epitome of 10+ when it comes to customer service.
Disliked: I would like to discuss that with a manager.
