Disappointing

Liked: Location great.
Disliked: Booking.com showed there was air conditioning. When we arrived there was no air conditioning in our rooms. We had to keep the windows open for air, which then crated an issue with bugs and noise from the street. Both issues made sleep difficult and the stay less than enjoyable.

Very clean, lots of space,...

Liked: New, clean, lots of space. Fantastic location. Amazingly helpful staff.
Disliked: Nothing - liked it all. Only improvement they could make is possibly having coffee/tea making facilities in the room.
