For the most part, so...

Liked: The Hotel was amazing, location was perfect, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and service and views from the rooftop were outstanding!
Disliked: The beds were so hard, I felt like I was sleeping on tile floor. The second night, I asked if they could bring an extra comforter for the beds and they brought us a mattress pad. It helped a little, but not as much as I was hoping. This would be my ONLY complaint about the hotel.

Liked: Great location, very clean, friendly staff.Room size is OK, small balcony with a nice view to get a fresh air.The breakfast was very good and fresh. We got a complimentary bottle of wine to the room, which was very nice, thank you.

Liked: This hotel is a prime spot for all the sights and more. It was very clean, has a great interior, with friendly and very helpful staff. Our room was lovely and spacious with a lovely view of the art gallery gardens. I especially loved opening the windows right up and taking in the Rome air and sounds. The sweetie jars were a nice surprise in the lobby in the afternoon too.
